ARRESTED FOR SALUTING A PRISONER. – On Tuesday a young man in riding past the Libby prison looked up at one of the windows, and, recognizing the face of an acquaintance, Richard Turner, cried out, “Hallo, Dick, how would you like to get out?” Dick replied that he would “like it very much.” For this expression the young man was arrested, taken from his horse, and spent the night in confinement. Yesterday morning he was discharged, after his case had gone the circuit of the circumlocution office.
