THIRD OF APRIL JOLLIFICATION. – It is understood that the negroes are preparing for some sort of celebration on the Third of April next, the first anniversary of their freedom, and the enforcement of the provisions of the Emancipation proclamation throughout the South. We have no idea what sort of affair it will be, but we suppose a procession, musick, banners, good clothes, ginger-cake and beer, will enter largely into its incidents.
