HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES.
The House met at 11 o’clock.
CHIMBORAZO HOSPITAL.
Mr. Wickham, of Virginia, presented a memorial, signed by the sick and wounded at Chimborazo hospital, setting forth that they were in a state of intense suffering from the want of fuel.
Mr. Wickham submitted, along with the memorial, a resolution that a special committee be appointed to investigate the subject, which was agreed to.
