REMOVAL OF THE YANKEE HOSPITALS. – We understand that a proposition has been made on the part of the proper authorities to remove the several Yankee hospitals for the care of the enemy's wounded, from Richmond to Belle Isle, as affording a more desirable location. We wonder this has not been done long ago. The Isle is at present unoccupied save by several Yankee workshops, and the lumber is all in readiness to put up, at short notice, one or more substantial hospitals.
