HOSPITAL AND PRISON INSPECTION. – Colonel Anderson, Assistant Adjutant-General on General Bragg's staff, made a tour of hospital and prison inspection on Saturday, including Castle Thunder and Libby prison. The inspector expressed great gratification at the cleanliness and order, and thorough system of discipline which characterized the two latter institutions. The Castle, on Saturday, contained exactly seven hundred prisoners, with one hundred and eight in the regular hospital, and fourteen in the small-pox hospital.
