MAYOR'S COURT – Present, Recorder CASKIE – Thursday, April 2, 1863 - ...The following named parties, arrested in unlawfully and riotously breaking into the stores of merchants, and feloniously stealing various articles of merchandize, were brought into court by policemen and citizens, and committed to jail for examination to-day: Frank Waliss, Benjamin Stamper, Mary Woodward, Mary Waster, Mary Butler, Sarah Coghill, Martha Burnett, Sally Mitchell, Lawrence Martin, Alexander Jenkins, Morgan Burns, Henry Cook, Alexander H. Murray and John Jones.
