MORE PRISONS WANTED. - During yesterday orders were received to prepare accommodations for several thousand more prisons. Warwick's large flour mill, on the south side of the James, was one of the buildings ordered to be inspected and prepared. It is said to be one of the largest flouring mills in the country, and is capable of accommodating some five or six thousand prisoners.
