CHANGED THEIR QUARTERS. - We are pleased to learn that Major-General McCall, Brigadier-Generals Reynolds and Rankin, have left the hospitable confines of the Spotswood House and take up more quiet and secluded quarters in Bond's tobacco warehouse, on Eighteenth street, in apartments provided for them by the Confederate Government. They can now congratulate themselves that the attentions shown them in Richmond are at least equal, and of the same character, as those show our generals in Forts Warren and Lafayette.
