THE MILITARY PRISONS. - In the course of a few days the military prisons in and around Richmond will be comparatively clear of inmates. The exchange will have swept away the greater number of them, and the parole of honor the rest. The Yankees who have hitherto been with us seem exceedingly scrupulous of their honor, in this connection, and when they give their parole that they will not fight until regularly exchanged, it may be relied on.
