TO THE CITY OF RICHMOND. – A large number of our wounded soldiers arrived in this city last night, and have been temporarily placed in the Hall of the Old Market, and in the store of Angus & Byerly, on Main street, near the First Market. These brave men will, necessarily, be compelled to remain at the above named places many hours to-day, until the necessary preparations can be made for them at the various hospitals, and our citizens are urgently requested to send provisions and assistance to them at as early an hour this morning as possible.
