ANOTHER BATCH OF CAPTIVES. - Thirteen more Yankee prisoners were brought to this city over the Central road on Saturday afternoon, and were added to the number of "permanent boarders" in the tobacco factories. Seven of the party are from the neighborhood of Cheat Mountain, and are indebted to General Lee for their visit to Richmond, and the remaining six were caught in the immediate neighborhood of Munson's Hill. Among their number is Lieut. Merrill, of Maine, of the Engineer Corps, a graduate of West Point, and a member of McClellan's staff.
