Jail Delivery. – Lieut. Semple, C.S.A., and other officers, yesterday visited the city jail, and removed all the soldiers then in confinement for breaches of the peace and other petty offences, and sent the delinquent heroes to their several regiments under guard. A goodly number was thus secured.
