Arrival of Prisoners. – The Central cars that arrived on Tuesday night, brought down thirty-one prisoners, viz: Sixteen Union traitors from Fauquier; twelve offending C. S. soldiers condemned to imprisonment here for various offences, and three negroes – two slaves and one free negro. The parties were lodged in one of the tobacco factories on Main street.
