ACCIDENT TO MAJOR HART. – Saturday morning about 9 o’clock as Major B. F. Hart, the superintendent of the National Cemetery, was riding down Main street his horse slipped and fell just in front of the Western Union Telegraph office, throwing the Major heavily to the ground. Several parties went to his assistance, and found that he had received no great injury, and in a short time he was able to remount and go on his way.
