Confederate States District Court. – Judge Halyburton presided a few minutes in this court yesterday; but, as on the preceding day, adjourned without disposing of any business.
The case of Frederick W. Boyd was postponed till Tuesday, when his Honor will probably render his decision.
The motion on the part of William Barret, for an injunction to compel P. A. Woods, Confederate States tax collector for the city of Richmond, to receive four per cent. Confederate States bonds in payment of Confederate taxes, was continued till Thursday next.
