Arrested as a Spy. – A man named Francis T. Blake, belonging to the Maryland Line, was brought to this city yesterday and committed to Castle Thunder on the charge of being a spy and holding correspondence with the enemy. Blake had on his person when arrested several papers of a suspicious character, and among the rest was a letter directed to a Yankee brigadier-general, the contents of which were decidedly of an unfavorable character to the cause of the South.
