A VALUABLE THREE STORY BRICK TOBACCO FACTORY, on the north side of Main, between 26th and 27th streets, at AUCTION. - We will sell upon the premises, on MONDAY, the 13th day of January, commencing at 4 o'clock P. M., the valuable THREE STORY TOBACCO FACTORY on the north side of Main, between 26th and 27th streets, now in the occupancy of the Confederate States, but more recently by J. W. Atkinson, Esq. It fronts on Main street 70 feet, and runs back 150 feet.
TERMS. - One-fourth cash; the balance at 6, 12, and 18 months for negotiable notes, with interest added, and secured by a trust deed.
