State Rice. – Messrs. Spots & Harvey have received the rice purchased by the State and will commence the distribution at their store this morning. Each family can obtain one pound and a half for each member, at the rate of fifty cents per pounds, for their own consumption. Persons applying will provide themselves with the right change to prevent trouble and delay.
