Discharged from the Watch. – Marcellus Hicks, examined before the Mayor some days since, on the charge of receiving a certain reward for the arrest of a runaway negro, some days since, and making a false statement with regard to the disposition of the same, was discharged from the police yesterday. Fabius Hicks, his brother, arraigned on the same charge, proved himself guiltless, and was thereupon reinstated in the watch, from which he had previously be suspended.
