Flag-of-Truce Boat. – A flag-of-truce boat arrived at Varina Tuesday afternoon, bringing one lieutenant-colonel, thirty surgeons, two chaplains and two ladies. Yesterday morning Commissioner Ould and Captain W. H. Hatch proceeded to that place to meet the Federal Commissioners of Exchange; but they having failed up to a late hour last night to return to the city, it is, therefore, not known what was the result of their interview. The steamer Schultz is expected to take a load of wounded Yankees down to Varina this morning to be sent North.
