To Be Decided today. – Judge Halyburton yesterday announced his intention to deliver this morning his decision in the habeas corpus case of R. D’Orsey Ogden, who claims exemption from the Confederate service on the grounds that he is a subject of Great Britain and intends returning to his native country. The decision is looked to with much interest, as it involves a great many others of a similar character.
