Transfer of Prisoners. – Forty-odd of the prisoners hitherto confined in Castle Thunder will be sent off this morning, under guard, to the Confederate penitentiary at Salisbury, N. C. Among the number are embraced Yankee deserters, citizen prisoners, and some negroes, all of whom have been found guilty of offences deemed worthy of the punishment accorded to them.
