Excursions Down the River —From a notice in another column it will be seen that the steamer John H. Parker will commence making excursion trips twice a day from this city to Drewry’s and Chafflin’s Bluffs, stopping at all the intermediate landings. Persons visiting those points will be required to have proper passes or passports.
