By virtue of a deed of trust dated February 25, 1888, and duly recorded in Deed-Book 134 C, page 372, in the clerk’s office of Richmond Chancery Court, default having been made in the payment of a certain note therein secured, due August 28, 1888, for $5,825, with interest thereon from the 25th of February, 1888, and being required so to do by the holder of said note, we will sell by auction, on the premises, on

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 1888,

At 5 o’clock P. M. the PROPERTY described in said deed, as follows:

All that CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND WITH THE BRICK TENEMENTS THEREON, lying and being in the city of Richmond, Virginia, at the southeast corner of Cary and Twentieth streets, fronting 132 feet on Cary street and running back 120 feet to Dock street.

The building consists of three large four-story brick warehouses and are admirably suited for any manufacturing or other heavy business.

TERMS: Cash as to a note for $5,825, due August 28, 1888, and interest on same from February 25, 1888, and expenses of sale and enough of the residue payable on the 28th day of November, 1888, to satisfy another note of $5,825 and interest from February 25, 1888, and enough of the residue payable on the 28th day of February 1889, to satisfy another note of $5,825 and interest from February 25, 1888, and the balance upon terms to be announced at the time of sale. The purchaser will be required to execute his notes for the deferred payments and secure them by deed of trust on the property.
