Shockoe-Hill Cemetery.

An impression seems to have been made that it is the intention of the Council to close Shockoe-Hill cemetery except to lot-owners. This is a mistake. The order of the Council is that it shall only be open to lot-owners, their families, and such citizens as obtain tickets of admission from the Superintendent and members of the Committee on Cemeteries.
