Death from Paralysis – The Monitor Fleet in James River.

NORFOLK, February 28. – James Saunders, an old citizen of Norfolk, died from paralysis yesterday.
The United States steamer Fortune goes up to Lower Brandon to-morrow to tow the monitor fleet to City Point, where the naval authorities have established a permanent fresh-water anchorage.
