IMPORTANT TO CONSCRIPTS AND OTHERS,
I am authorized to recruit a company of MOUNTED RIFLEMEN, (of cavalry) for special service in the Valley of Virginia. Fifty dollars bounty. Horses and equipments furnished. The men will be supplied with quarters and rations until mustered into the service. This is a fine opportunity for men of spirit and valor. Apply as early as possible to WILLIAM H WOODY, Richmond Arsenal, Foot of 7th street.
