NOTICE. - In obedience to an order from the Chief of Ordnance, all persons placed on temporary duty around Richmond, and who received arms, accoutrements, or ammunition from the Arsenal, will return the same at once to me, at the office of the Richmond Arsenal, at the foot of 7th street. (signed)
