Military Offenders. – Yesterday, a man named Mike O’Donnell, who had been sent to Castle Thunder for changing a passport, was discharged, as was also John Shelly, sutler of the 6th Alabama, arrested for engaging in the substitute business. In the case of the last-named, the facts were related to the Colonel of his regiment, and Shelly was deprived of his position as sutler.
