Delinquent Soldiers – Forty-two soldiers, belonging to the Potomac army, arrived at the Military prison in this city last evening, under guard, to await sentence of Court-Martial. Two of the number – C Walford, of the 5th Alabama, and J Griswold, of the 2d North Carolina, – are charged with murder.
