From the Richmond Dispatch, 4/13/1863, p. 1, c. 6
Sent Home – On Saturday 331 Yankees were sent to City Point from the Libby prison, and on yesterday 31 were received from various places and 49 sent away under flag of truce. Included in this lot were one major, ten captains, and nine lieutenants, who had been exchanged for Confederate officers of equal grade. The instructions of the President do not permit the paroling of officers, but they are exchanged now as formerly.
