Arrest of a Soldier in Woman’s Apparel. – On Friday morning a soldier was arrested by the train guard of the Fredericksburg road, (Lieut. Hoppey,) for deserting from his company, near Fredericksburg. He was dressed in a full suit of woman’s clothing, hoop skirts, &c. He hoped by this device to be able to spend some time at home. The would be woman was divested of his toggery and sent to the headquarters of Gen. Lee for disposal.
