From the South. - Twenty-one Abolition soldiers arrived at the Libby Prison yesterday from Charleston, S.C. Nine belonged to the 7th New Hampshire regiment; five to the 9th Maine; five to the 47th New York, and three to the U.S. Signal Corps.
