Sentenced by Court Martial. – On Saturday evening, thirteen men, belonging to different regiments, were brought to Castle Thunder and deposited to undergo sentence of Court-Martial. On the morning of Saturday John McGinness, member of the Letcher Artillery, was carried to the camp of his company by Detective New to undergo sentence of Court-Martial, which was that he should receive fifty lashes and then ride on a cannon two hours each day for one month for desertion.
