Arrested for Disloyalty. – Captain Wright, of the detective force, on yesterday arrested a man named John Shanks, formerly of Norfolk, on the charge of disloyalty. Shanks, who until very recently was in Norfolk, by some process unknown to the authorities, made his way into Richmond.
