From the Richmond Dispatch, 2/12/1863, p. 2, c. 4

THIRTY DOLLARS REWARD – Will be paid for the apprehension and delivery at Marine Camp, Drewry’s Bluff, of WM MYERS, a deserter from the C S Marine Corps. He is 23 years of age, 5 feet 8 ¾ inches high, blue eyes, light hair, fair complexion. He had been wounded in the left hand, supposed in escaping from Camp Lee, where he had engaged himself as a substitute.
