The State Line Prisoners. – Over one hundred of the Yankees taken by Gen. Floyd are now imprisoned in the upper stories of the Virginia Armory building, on 7th street. Some dozen or more of the most prominent are in the Virginia Penitentiary. Two of the number, viz: Capt. William Cramm, of Philadelphia, and Lieut. Isaac A. Wade, of Putnam county, have been put at hard labor in retaliation for Lincoln's putting two Confederate officers in the Washington (D C) Penitentiary on the trumped up charge of robbing the mails.
