Robbed – A negro man was accosted yesterday morning, at the corner of 25th and Main streets, by a lot of youthful ragamuffins, who surrounded him, and while some were pretending to sell him a set of studs one of them seized his pocket-book, when the whole party ran off, leaving Caffee disconsolate.
