In Use. – One of the splendid Yankee railroad engines captured by our troops near Manassas, some months since, and assigned to the Danville Railroad, having been thoroughly repaired at the workshops of the company in this city, was yesterday placed on the road for the first time. It operated finely. To adapt it to use on the road the gauge of the engine had to be altered, but being of superior make, it was worth all the alteration required. Formerly bearing the name of some Yankee General, the Abolitionists would now hardly know this specimen of their handicraft under the modest cognomen of Pocahontas, which she bears.
