NOTICE – All persons whose Liquor was seized under martial law prior to April 22, 1862, are hereby notified to appear before a board consisting of Major E. Griswold, Major J. C. Maynard, Captain G. W. Alexander, and Captain E. M. Booker, on WEDNESDAY, January 14th at 12 o’clock M, at the Provost Marshal’s office, corner of Broad and 9th streets.
