More Wounded Prisoners. - The Central train last night brought in upward of 70 prisoners, all wounded in the recent battle at Manassas. Some of them were modest enough to declare that the South was in the right in this contest, and that it would take more than Lincoln's 400,000 to subjugate a nation of such men as fought at Manassas.
