A Religious War. - Harriet Beecher Stowe proposes that the present struggle between the North and the South shall be designated "The Religious War." In this we are inclined to agree with the author of Uncle Tom's Cabin. It is a religious war. It is the Bible and pure Christianity against infidelity and God-dishonoring crimes, and we are glad to see that the churches of the South are alive to their responsibility in this regard. We learn that in two days during the present week 175,000 pages of religious tracts were sent from this city into the various encampments.
