Colored Soldiers. - Walker, slave of J. B. Royster, was carried before the Mayor on yesterday, for having no pass and pretending that he belonged to the volunteers recently arrived from Pensacola. Walker was ordered punishment for attempting to play soldier. The guards proved that he had been going around with parcels of drunken men in uniform, piloting them to different localities where they could indulge in spreeing. Being with two men, who came in contact with the police for their noise, he hoped to escape when accosted by telling a fib.
