John Dixon and Mary Roberts, colored, complained of by Dr. Hancock, of General Hospital No. 18, near 22d street for keeping a cook shop without a license, and annoying the patients of the hospital by selling them various indigestible articles of cookery. The parties were ordered to be whipped by way of an admonition.
