Yankee Prisoners. – Four prisoners were received at the Libby Prison yesterday. They gave the names of James G. Bastow, William Williams, Joseph H. Pate, and Jacob Rafle. The prisoners were captured a few days since at the mouth of the Rappahannock, Bastow was the master of the ship "Alleghenian," Williams first mate, and Pate, pilot. We could not learn under what circumstances they were captured, whether by adventuring on shore or a surprise on board of their ship.
