Libby Prison. – Capt. Thomas D. Jeffress, of the 56th Regiment Va., Vols. Floyd's old brigade, has been placed in charge of the Libby Prison during the absence of Capt. Henry Wertz [Wirz], who has gone South to search up and send to Richmond all Yankee prisoners, so that they may be exchanged.
