From the Richmond Dispatch, 9/30/1862, p. 2, c. 2
The next Flag of Truce from Richmond to Varina will start in about three days, and convey about 500 Yankee prisoners of all descriptions. Descriptive lists are now being prepared of the latest arrivals, in order to fit them for a journey homeward. The wounded Yankees in the Libby Hospital are convalescing rapidly, and by the time the exodus commences enough of them will be able to travel to nearly clear out the establishment.
