Recuperating. – The battalion of militia of the second class have indulged in several parades lately on the Capitol Square. Owing to the indefatigable exertions of Major Wilkins, the members are kept well up to the strict performance of their military duty, and take more than their wonted interest in the evolutions performed on the Capitol Square.
