From the Richmond Dispatch, 8/7/1862
FIFTY DOLLARS REWARD – Stolen, on the night of the 1st inst., a bay HORSE, of fine blood, without, I believe, any white on him. A reward of fifty dollars will be paid for his return to me, and one hundred dollars additional for the detection and conviction of the thief.
