MEDICAL COLLEGE HOSPITAL,
RICHMOND, May 23, 1862.

IN pursuance of orders received from the Surgeon General, all sick soldiers who have been transferred from this hospital to private houses are hereby required to report within twenty-four hours, either in person or through some regular practitioner of medicine military or civil, failing to do which, they will be advertised as deserters.
